Ecco Ripley – one of a suite of brands we work with within the Sekisui House family – recently required a new brand strategy and identity that did its vision and purpose justice. Ecco Ripley is a community development located in south-east Queensland that represents the residential piece of the broader Ripley Town Centre puzzle, set to be Australia’s largest master-planned community once complete.
After undergoing a strategic review and co-creation workshop with the Ecco Ripley team, we used the learnings gained to inform our thinking and creative moving forward, ensuring everything we created was underpinned by the same strong strategy.
Born from this comprehensive discovery session was a new brand narrative and visual identity that seamlessly fused the broader brand vision with the local Ecco Ripley mission, forming a unique brand narrative and visual identity that was not only in-place under the Sekisui House brand umbrella, but was also strong enough to stand alone.
We then created a suite of tactical assets ahead of the launch of Ecco Ripley’s 7th land release, representing an opportunity for the brand to not only introduce new residential opportunities within the community, but to debut its fresh new brand.
